  • To join the loyalty program, you must fill out a registration form through the website.
  • You will receive a notification email that you have successfully registered and your details will be available in our system.
  • Loyalty Program members can place orders via email or directly on the website.
  • Membership discount is only applicable for bank transfers. Please contact our customer service team to know other payment options.
  • All reward vouchers can be redeemed with a minimum purchase amount of HK$30,000 / SG$5,200.
  • Member discount and reward vouchers can be combined for the next purchase.
  • Only 1 reward voucher can be used per transaction and cannot be converted to cash.
