Poor logistics - make sure you have long lead time and follow up constantly

I ordered and paid for an oven on 1 August and indicate for delivery during the window of 1 Sept - 12 Sept. I reminded them during 3rd week of August and they cannot give me a delivery date. The blame went to order mixup and logistic vendor. No one owed up to the mistake. I finally got my oven on 1 October. I had to pay extra to get the electrician again for the installation.

Would have given them one star if not for their team managing their WhatsApp number. They at least tried to be helpful.

I. have lived in. Hong Kong for 49 years and care about this city and its future. It is people who make the city, especially people like the ehd team. The level of service - both product knowledge, information provision, customer care are exceptional. I am a very small ($$$) customer , yet I received top level treatment as though I were spending $millions. I was particularly impressed on my first visit when they followed me out, hailed a taxi and opened the door for me. That is ‘above and beyond’ what is required. This is what John Lee is trying to get HK to become aware of. They are the kind of people he wants and needs onboard.

Horrible delivery service

I ordered a bathtub here but it didn’t deliver in front of your door. Customer service told me that I have to pay extra fee to the logistics company and get reimburse later. However, the logistics company refused to deliver the bathtub in front of the door because of the elevator is too small to fit it and tried to threaten us not to pay the extra money. Then they just throw the bathtub beside the road. My construction worker had to move the bathtub for us and we had to apologise to different parties. After informed the customer service, they just ignored us and we didn’t get any reimbursement back. I would suggest you find other more reliable shops rather than here.

I think I liked the overrall experience

The good thing buying here is they offerr professional advice that saves a lot of hassle and getting the biggest bang of the buck for what you're spending. the bad thing is most items are not stock and needs to be shipped in from Europe. planning early is important i guess, if you want to maximise the savings.
