One, two, three barmy birds. Ichinisan make for an offbeat trio, sure to put a smile on your face. Crazy and cute, with an exclusive look due to the dark wood and meticulous design.
The group consists of a penguin, a parrot and a robin. Ichi the penguin is the tallest in the group. He gets his eccentric character from his funky lopsided wings, his slender body and his distinctive eye region. Then there's Ni the parrot, with his big beak and gawky figure. The exotic bird with the calm appearance is the kind-hearted peacekeeper of the group. Even shorter than his parrot friend beside him, San the robin is a charismatic little troubadour with a beaky look on his face.
Ichinisan can be placed side by side or stacked on top of one another like a sort of lively totem pole. Their strong individual personalities allow them to sit just as nicely by themselves.

Little Bird is a range of irresistible decorative figures designed by designer Jan Christian Delfs. The simple, but expressive, design represents a well-balanced mix of purity, abstraction, minimalism and, not least, cuteness.
The birds are turned in wood with the fine and characteristic beak as the sole detail. The six different sizes in the range each represent a particular character in the designer's own family, where tiny design related variations give the birds personality.
As a clear collector's item, Little Bird is sold individually so the flock of birds can continuously grow. The birds are available in two variations: in colored lacquer, where each figure has been given its own color, and in pure oak for a more classic look.

Let your home decoration take flight with the Shorebirds – a range of solid wooden figures with a stylized yet spirited expression.
The Icelandic designer Sigurjón Pálsson has created a range of characterful wooden birds. The Shorebirds simple unadorned silhouette gives them an almost stylized expression. At the same time, a great deal of care has been paid to the small details such as variations in body thicknesses, neck length, and the positioning of the legs and beak. This gives all three birds their own unique personality and allows the design to come alive.
The largest of the three birds is inspired by the curlew, with its long neck and distinguished, downwardly bent beak. It is an aristocratic creature. Its long legs take slow, well-considered steps while looking cautiously around. The middle-sized bird is alert and active like a redshank. This elegant bird is often to be found with other wading birds. Finally, we have the sandpiper; a sociable little bird, often to be found in large flocks.
Arrange the birds in a flock, combine different colors or include a single Shorebird within a small setting made up from other personal effects. The elegant Shorebird will look right at home in almost any decor and makes for a great house-warming gift.

Designer and crime writer Sigurjón Pálsson has portrayed the puffin, which marks the coming of spring each year in his Icelandic hometown. With this endearing little wooden figure, he has captured the sympathetic and slightly melancholic expression that makes this charismatic bird so loveable.
"I have been well acquainted with this beautiful little bird since my childhood growing up in Húsavík – a small fishing village on the north coast of Iceland. There, the puffin is a sign that spring is on the way, much like the whales that pop up in the bay at around the same time. The enormous puffin colony of Lundy was quite literally located just outside my bedroom window, allowing me to appreciate these fantastic creatures every single day. It's for that reason they are so dear to me, and why I want everyone to be able to enjoy their company, wherever they live."
The design process began far away from the Icelandic coast – namely while Sigurjón Pálsson and his wife were in Bali. It was on this exotic faraway island that he carved his very first puffins from Bali teak, equipped with little more than a small axe, a hammer and a chisel that he had bought at the local market. That is how Puffin came to be made from a single piece of wood. With two small legs balancing the plump body, the bird sits upright and looks out with its adorable eyes. This hand-painted wooden bird brings ambience and life, making it a charming addition to any home.
